One
of my students... Johana Neri asks questions. She started attending my
Tuesday Teen Psychic Class when she was 18 years old. She has a lot of
questions about the other side, as a 3 year old her father died in a
car accident.She is also a student at UCLA. A "baby Mystic", the first time she ever held a tarot card I had a
spontaneous vision that she had been a great seer in her past lives.

Questions:
Johana: What is the process in
exploring and discovering past lives?
Tara: In deep trance or
hypnosis, you can remember visions/feelings/smells/sounds of other times and
other places. Maybe you dream the same dream over and over at the present
or since childhood. Certain places, cultures feel good to you or you have an
aversion. It's easiest to take notes, write out everything you see, feel, hear
and follow up with research on the Internet, encyclopedias, books and
documentaries. It's best to keep records for hindsight. We don't remember where
we are from. We landed on earth experiencing the families we are born to. But we
die, and life isn't fair to most people....why could or would that be? As a
species we don't like to give up, and when we do achieve. It's a glorious
feeling. Wisdom, Love, Strength, Endurance, Accomplishing, Success. I contend we
might live over and over just for the sensations.
Johana: How many lives do we live until we seem
to want to move on?
Tara: There are theories but no one
knows. From research there are documented cases of human remembrances of other
lives. Is it the mind or soul knowing?
Johana: Is there a time when one finishes all
their lives and can finally detach themselves from the physical world as an
active participant?
Tara: I hear
many people say, this is their last life. To be disgruntled with living
on the earth may even be a faux pas. Abenda, my spirit guide says "the
key to enlightenment is compassion." I doubt it would be doing great
deeds that would give you the golden ticket but it could be for some
souls. It could simply be one sacrifice and you enter a world of pure
bliss. We can only hope there are more choices of beautiful places to
live once we are off the gravitational pull of earth and can remember
more. We hope we have more memory? And whoever tallies for us remembers
our good deeds.
Johana: What is your view on death and how is
it that we are able to contact those that have passed?
Tara: The soul doesn't die, it only
transforms. Not all deceased want human contact. But many that do, try really
hard. Again I think it's the love link.
Johana: Are we all stagnant spirits once we die
or is there a place we find ourselves in away from the physical
world?
Tara: In my own personal
research of talking to the dead on a regular work basis, there seems to be 7
levels. There may be many more. The fourth level is where the spirit guides and
angels stay or wait. Once you reach that fourth level after death, whatever
brownie points you've made takes you into further
levels.
Johana: On the topic of spirit guides, what is the best
way of meeting our own? Are they with us once we are born or do they come in at
a certain pivotal moment in our lifetime? Are they with us in all our
lifetimes?
Tara: Your primary spirit guide is
with you all your life. They guide you during your life struggles and victories.
They stay with you during the birth and the death process. It's not always easy
to meet your spirit guide. Sometimes they talk to you in your dreams. I try to
guide you with a meditation.
My father, Richard McKean met his
spirit guide when he was in a coma for two weeks, I had followed him in
trance. I kept having to say in trance state "Dad, listen to me, stay here on
earth with us" as his soul was trying to vibrate out of his body. When he
awoke, he told me how he'd seen me and heard me, and enjoyed that we visited
with his spirit guide. He remembered her name and everything from car accidents
that happened near the hospital that we witnessed together to the deceased who
came to visit him. Not everyone I knew, but he did. I had taken many notes. We
had loads to talk about. Out of a personal tragedy, I was given a gift.
Johana: Who are spirit guides?
Tara: Spirit guides are your
personal angels or guides on the other side. They would be souls who have a
contract with you. A soul contract.
Johana: Can a physical being become a spirit
guide?
Tara: I believe there are
many "human angels" that walk the earth, and I would venture to say that many
spirit guides have had some experience as earthlings. Either the lineage of love
is at work, or there are other reasons that one soul owes another soul.
Johana: What are dreams and how can
we explore them further? What can they tell us?
Tara: Our conscious
mind is off, and the subconscious begins to image and gives us symbols and
ideas. Cognitive mental processes of perception, memory, judgment, and reasoning
are cushioned. Iinnermost thoughts hidden, intuitive, latent
talents or events to be. Nightmares can be repressed, or suppressed memory
activity and fears to overcome. Past life trauma, this life problems, worries
and anxiety. If you ask for answers, your subconscious and your spirit guide
will try and give you the advice you seek in your
dreams.
Johana: What is your view on 'deja vu'? Is it
basic science where one side of your brain is working faster than the other?
Tara: Maybe the brain does work
faster on one side when it happens? I would love to know what physical reaction
of the brain would be in that moment. I can only speak from my Deja Vu', I've
already dreamed the event before and then it happens. Within two days is my
psychic event meter. I have a client and for him it's at three
weeks.
Johana: What is your opinion on the 'indigo
children?
Tara: I think that all
children are special. I think many groups of people come in to be part of a soul
group, whether it be a family, a community, a religion or a country. Everyone
has a purpose upon the earth, no matter their aura color.
Johana:As a Metaphysician, can you see your own future or is your
psychic vision clouded, allowing you to live life with an allowance of mistakes?
Tara: If I look back at my history,
there have been no mistakes. Meaning even if I suffered through loss of any kind it was a lesson in learning or burning off what karma I need to release. The way is always clear if you listen, feel and see on a deeper level. Abenda, my spirit guide doesn't tell me everything but she has told
me the important things, and I will do psychic projections 5-10-20 years ahead.
And keep them in my file. I have karma with people who need me, as I need them, it's the soul contract. It's not always easy to know too much. Although I strive to know more than they want to tell me. All big events or meetings are
predestined, whether they are stepping stones or stumbling blocks is usually my choice. Actually I would say my sentinels and Abenda block me from making any real mistakes. My role is keep doing this work, and they seem protective of that fact.
Johana: What is your view on exorcism? Can
spirits physically touch or harm?
Tara: This is few and far between.
And there are some bad spirits full of pain or malice who can confuse someone
who is ill, depressed or abusing substances. No spirit can get to you if you
raise your vibrational level. To do this, the easiest way for me to explain
-- you need to turn your vibration at a different level. Like a radio
dial...just change your channel. Meditate on it a few times a day...use the
earth's energy to heal you. Resonate and bring yourself into a peaceful
state.
JL:Q. Hi Tara, I've never written
to you before, but I'm drawn to do so. I am an intuitive/psychic, empath,
channeler...etc. I have been this way ever since I can remember, as I'm sure you
have had a similar experience with , "just knowing". I have several friends
that have assisted me along the way, but I have a hard time dealing with the
energy around me at times. I've tried different techniques for surrounding
myself with protection, it doesn't seem to help much. I have stopped doing
healing work, on the physical level. And I have backed away from psychic work
completely. I find myself retreating a lot to be just by myself, when I get a
chance. Everyone tells me "you have such a gift" and my thought"gift or curse".
I'm not sure if you have been through that? I want to feel fully grounded
again.Do you have any suggestions? With Love, JL
Tara:A:Dear JL, Yes, I know what you
are saying. The Blessing vs Curse; is it because your inner knowledge on a psychic level holds you being
responsible to what you say and how you say it? To relay honestly as soft spoken truth, as it can affect the person and
their life.I do a life activation process a few times a day. It's
paramount I feel good and strong in body, mind and spirit. I want to be concise and clear thinking. There is no confusion when I'm speaking with my
client or to the "other side of the veil". I want my Psychic abilities to be working at optimum level and in sync with my
mind, my heart, my speaking ability and communication skills. The biggest
lesson to learn when you are an Empath, is not to carry the burdens of others. When
you are feeling low and lack energy, recognize when it "isn't you". My way to
help those that are feeling low is not to ward off the energy. I try to
incorporate it into a good deed. I'm someone who recognizes pain, I don't take
it on personally, but I will make an effort to call out to the vibrational or quantum energy healers to try and fix those most in need. We are humans full of suffering and
obstacles...we need all the help and mojo we can get.
I take time to give my psychic intuition needed rest and recuperation. Be careful of isolation,
listen to your own personal life and what your mind and body is needing: real
food, real nourishment, real vitamins, real exercise and realistic actions
as in real money, real housing, real love, real happiness for yourself.

I'm curious your view on these

Tara: My
student, Christina Chandler. A "baby Mystic". I met her
learning to be a hypnotist when she was 18 years old. She wants to study
deeper meanings of wisdom and the secrets of Metaphysics. She is an avid explorer in learning the Psychic
Sciences.
Christina:Astrology: How can you read
future events in astrological charts for twins and have different results coming
up for each one? How can twins
with almost the same natal chart (maybe a minute apart) be so different?
Tara:
When I create a clients Natal chart, I try to get accurate time and
information of the birth, as I read both Western and Eastern astrology.
To have a correct birth time affords me the luxury as the astrologer to
read the wheel like a hologram. I have studied Astrology since the early 1980's. I can lock myself away for
months at a time to learn an Astrological system or mathematics that intrigue
me.
When
you put twins into the computer, the read out usually is the same. When
I read the wheels of each twin by hand, they are not the same at
all....3 minutes apart, 10 minutes apart...whenever minutes
apart...."the math" is different. The hour, the minutes all mean
something on the wheel printout. For astrology I read Geometria, which
is the language of numbers. All astrology is math. I didn't think I'd
ever be fascinated with math when I was a kid in school.
Basically
answering your question on twins, the math would show differently on
each chart, it changes the life cycle and karma of each twin. Plus a
soul determines choices in their upcoming lives as well. You can say
twins are similar but never the same spirit or same life experience.

is the Kundalini? How would one
raise their own Kundalini?

that lies dormant at the base of the spine until it is activated, as by the
practice of yoga, and channeled upward through the chakras in the process of
spiritual perfection.

coil, perhaps of Dravidian origin.]
Let me say, I was disappointed by
this measly explanation. It is the force that you are born into this world with
and will die with....... but if you have the Kundalini again during the course
of your life....Your life will change, whether you want it to or
not.
I
experienced the Kundalini with a Brazilian healer named Fatima Abates.
She wasn't trying to bring the Kundalini. Actually she only speaks
Portuguese, there is no communication. Fatima had powerful human
healers helping her as well. I lay on a massage table among eight
others. I was never touched, only sent energetic quantum healing. My
experiences happened the first and second time I ever went to her. Even
though I am familiar with Eastern thought, I didn't ever try to bring
on the Kundalini. I barely knew anything about it.
The process of Kundalini: The coils
around the base of the spine begin to spin...my body felt as though a
switch had been turned on. I was shocked into thinking maybe I was an alien spaceship and had no idea.
This is an experience you wouldn't maybe "think" you've had, physically this is
a heavy duty life experience. You are in a divine blissful state for about 24
hours. But in the forefront of your mind....you are freaking out or want to ask
a million questions on what the "sam hill" is going on around here!?
The spinning starts at the discs in
the back and uncoil to move up the spine. Levitation is associated with the
Kundalini. All the Chakras or median power points in your body begin to feel as
though they are spinning discs. The hands and feet feel as though they have
spinning discs too.
Life changing, it re-stirs the
lifeforce to reawaken the souls journey and it's service to man. Change can be painful
though if you resist it. Even if you don't re-experience the Kundalini...you
have experienced it when you were born. It was your reminder to be holy, to be
proud, to really live and love during your time on earth.
Christina:Hand Writing
Analysis: How can you give an
accurate reading when someone's hand writing is always changing?
Tara: Handwriting
Analysis was the second psychic science that I studied. First I studied
Palmistry and then I decided to learn handwriting analysis,
analyzing the hand to research if it had anything to do with the palm.
I found that Palmistry is your nerve endings in your hands and creates
a touchstone of seeing one's roadmap. In Palmistry you can see energy
level, organ function in the body, life force, sociability,
environment, family, relationships, love nature,talents,openness,
generosity and basic fate. Unconscious and Conscious actions/reactions
in the person's make up.
Handwriting
analysis deals with your confidence level and
moods. Changeable emotions on a daily basis. How you use your
self-esteem to create the ego, security, money, pride, health,
happiness, wisdom, melancholy, and sickness. Process of creation. To
change handwriting habits can alleviate low self-esteem and stress
issues. This is conscious action/reaction.
Christina:
Beyond Death: Any advice for
someone who wants to keep in touch with someone who has passed on? How does one contact a friend who has passed
away?
Tara: Every lovely thought of another will be
held in the Akashic records - your souls log of your lifetime. Love is the
enduring energy that brings us over and over to experience the wonder of an
earth life. There is sometimes a few days or weeks that a deceased loved one
tries to talk to their family and friends. They will have a guide willing to
take them to a next level. *When they reach this next level and you are trying to
communicate with them, it can be hard for them to hear you or you to hear them.
Usually you must elevate your level of vibration to either match their pitch of
vibration or go deep into an elevated state of awareness.

accessible for the novice or advanced person wanting to attain contact with
those who love, teach, or guide.
Christina: Automatic
writing: Any advice for
someone who is having a hard time with automatic writing.. like they can't seem
to channel anyone?
Tara: It takes practice. Think of a sport or an
instrument, you can't usually do anything well until you have attained the
expertise and practice. Hopefully you aren't calling in "just anyone" to talk to you.
Would you allow any stranger in your home? Your spirit guide could be
saving you from yourself. You have a vibrational rate that most likely keeps you
balanced and not easily penetrable by others on the planet or off the
planet. Add here-the above answer *.
Christina: Hypnosis: How can someone tell the difference between what's real and what
they may be making up during hypnosis?
Tara: Take notes. Do research. You may not get all
details correct and you may feel like you are making it all up. Only to find that you were
making up real names, eras, or wars in history. Allow yourself to stretch. but
don't take what you see/feel as literal or fact. Keep researching. You'll start
to get a clearer outline of your lifetimes in hindsight. The theme of the
lifetimes will appear. How does the lifetime affect or mimic your current
life? And once you learn about the past, you work on clearing the blocks you find.

2012: What are your thoughts on 2012? What do you think will actually
happen?
Tara: You mean will the world end in 2012? You can live 5 more minutes or 150
years...you are to be concerned with your life right now. If you fear global
warming maybe you are being called to work to alleviate that problem. If you are
worried about politics maybe you are being called to serve your community. If
you are living in constant fear, you are not fulfilled in your life and must find
how you can serve humanity and bring peace to your mind. It can be in small or large
ways...but living too far into the future is not living in the NOW. Life is
about living, not about dying. Your life is now. Be conscious.

Christina:Aliens/UFOs: What could one do to see a UFO if they wanted to? Is there a way
to call on Aliens?
Tara: You really want to do that? We see all
those stars and know that planets are attached to those sun's outside our
universe. We don't remember where we came from on a conscious level. Maybe we're
from another planet or solar system? This is not my area of expertise although I
like to ask the guides about it every once an awhile and maybe one day I'll do a
little more research. I will refer you to Lizette Larkin books. The last person
who called in UFO's around me woke up with a big bump on their arm. I've had the
UFO experiences......but I try to ward "them" off.
